A place for kids to grow spiritually
Northstar Kids is a place where kids, big and small, learn that they are loved by God. It is designed for children 3 months through 4th grade during celebrations. Our goal is to help build a spiritual foundation for children: a foundation of trust, self-concept and a growing understand of God. As your child grows with us, we will be sharing basics of a walk with God including experiencing worship, discipleship, and community. Our approach is rooted in Northstar's vision of Go. Love. Live.
What to expect
We are thrilled to welcome your family to Northstar. We're passionate about investing in the next generation and excited to support families on their spiritual journeys.
Early Childhood is for infants through kindergarten. Sunday morning classes are offered at both the 9am and 11am services and includes welcome/activity stations, story time, chapel, crafts, and snacks.
Elementary is for 1st-4th graders. Sunday morning classes are offered by grade at all services and includes sign-in, small group connect time, worship, large group time and small groups.
Northstar 56 is a 5th + 6th grade ministry that meets regularly to grow in faith and community. 5th-8th grade students also meet in the student room during the 11am Sunday service. Learn more here. (For info on junior high and senior high ministries, visit the student ministries website.)
